Hmm didn't see a reply so I must have forgotten to do it.
The 95.9 pirate is mono and low coverage...barely hits 365 on north side of PA...it's Hispanic religious...bet it's a church...there was one before with same music and they got busted by the FCC years ago...tried to get a TV engineer at one of the Bmt stations to help them find a frequency to use with no interference..the engineer declined..I plan to find it this weekend

E-layer good this morning. I'm picking up spanish on 87.7 and oldies on 87.9 here in Tomball.
 
Word is the pirate on 87.9 is back on the air can anybody confirm this??

I find it interesting that the promos have mentioned KAHO-LD on 4.....but its under a Silent STA....since 2015!! Here is part of the explanation....enjoy the read...
note the last few words......This was dated 4/2015..

TO COOPERATE WITH AND ADDRESS THE FBI'S CONCERNS, THE STATION WENT SILENT ON DECEMBER 20, 2014. THE LICENSEE INADVERTENTLY DID NOT FILE FOR SILENT AUTHORITY. HOWEVER, EFFORTS WERE UNDERTAKEN IMMEDIATELY TO FIND A NEW SITE, AND A MODIFICATION APPLICATION WAS FILED ON APRIL 2, 2015 TO MOVE TO A TOWER OWNED BY AMERICAN TOWER. THAT APPLICATION WAS GRANTED ON APRIL 15, 2015. IT IS EXPECTED THAT OPERATIONS WILL RESUME, AT THE AMERICAN TOWER SITE, IN ABOUT 30 DAYS.
