During a drug bust in San Diego County, California, deputy sheriffs find a package bearing the return address of a woman in Panama who's the wife of the Marine colonel in charge of the drug-interdiction program in Panama. Harm and Mac go to Panama and investigate; Harm meets the wife, and she surprises Mac. They figure out the lady and her activities, and Mac suggests that she go on a shopping spree; instead she goes elsewhere and meets an unhappy result. Harm and Mac embellish their oral report to the colonel. Meanwhile Bud reunites with his college roommate; Bud sees that he's missed a golden opportunity, but he's quite pleased and fulfilled with his outcome. The surgeon tells Dick what his options are, declares Harry to have perfect features and asks Sally what she wants done about herself, which makes her so insecure she feels she should break up with Don because he deserves somebody who's hotter than her. Grace upon learning of what he's done tells him his actions have consequences. He's not fazed till Harlin tells him he wants to make a change and that change is his legal representation. Will tries to keep it from Grace. In the meantime, Grace discovers that her bank accounts are almost drained she wonders how this happened. She discovers it's because Karen cashed her paychecks which she normally doesn't do because she's rich. But it seems like her husband wants her to live on a budget which she feels is not enough. Grace needs the money for her business so Grace tells Karen to put back the money and tries to teach Karen how to live on a budget. When Pete asks for legal advice concerning their common landlord Mrs. Spinoza, Greg hands the case over to Dharma. She gets what she deserves for believing the greedy shark to be a sweet old lady. Meanwhile Larry's childish fight with his neighbor gets so desperately out of hand that he becomes Greg's despairing client.
