Anybody know where I can get a good wav to mp3 converter? Or wma to mp3?

They have a bunch of those things on download.com. Just narrow your selection criteria to free licenses in advanced search.
 
Lame/Razorlame

Lame is the best freeware converter out there. Razorlame is a Windows graphical overlay for lame (which is a command line program). Together they are a KILLER encoder.

I've been happy with the dBPowerAMP converter. Check download.com

Yep, Lame is the best quality. Easily better than Fraunhofer's "FAST" codec, thier current reference codec.
