How about a Rhythmic AC (Movin format) in the Carolinas?

Done right, it is a doable format.
I don't see it happening in Columbia given the current state of the market and the lack of signals to do it on. If Double O gives up on country on one of the signals, it would be a good choice.
It would be a great move for WALC in Charleston.
There is still some room for growth in both Columbia and Charleston for urban audiences. The execution may have to be a urban/non-urban crossover appeal version of the format.

Too bad C 103 was ahead of its time... Although it has been 20 years since the birth of C that was the 80's version of movin'. The only company I can see trying it in Cola Town would be Double O... The other two players in town would not try it because it would hurt B 106 and Kiss for citadel and NOK and Steve for CC... CC
How about 106.3 or 93.3 in Greenville? Neither are doing that hot. I would say My 102 but they seem to still do well, I wouldn't touch it (just get new jingles though, PLEASE

If the braintrust at Entercom were to do a different format ie MOVIN' how would they adjust FBC as to not take away some of their upper demos... I may be wrong but I don't think Jack, Bob or any VH would be a wise move for Entercom either... ROQ does very well for Entercom and I think a VH format would hurt ROQ... JMO... CC1
