This weekend, when the skies opened up and it started pouring rain, I caught a little bit of the current incarnation of
This Week in Baseball. It is not the same Saturday weekly show I remember as a kid, with Mel Allen showing you
highlights of different games from around MLB. (in the pre-ESPN era, it was about the only way a kid growing up
in a National League city got to see anything at all about the Minnesota Twins or Texas Rangers).

I could not help but notice though the little "e/i" bug in the upper right corner of the screen.
Apparently this show counts towards a local station's commitment to provide e/i content?

What on earth could possibly be considered educational about This Week in Baseball?
(especially this current version, which seems to me more like a music video than anything else)

Is there a chance "TWIB" might interview Roger Clemens? I'm sure that will be educational and instructional. ;D
