How Can Stations NOT Serve Their COL ??

Returning formats to AM is usually an exercise in futility...better to select a format ( if any) that will pay it's way...regretfully, once the faithful audience of the past has been purged, it's almost impossible to regain them on AM...the landscape is littered with those who tried...best bet...do something on FM
and watch the continuing demise of AM from afar....IMHO....( To Quote" How would I know?....) Thanks JBI
