How can WJFN stay on the air running virtually no ads?

I have been listening to WJFN on its 99.1 Ridgeland translator and have only heard about 3 commercials. How can Rainey Broadcasting afford to operate it? Same story with 87.7 their low power tv as a radio station?

Why would one continue to subsidize an venture that is losing money? Do they plan to sell the station(s) at a profit in the future? Most companies cannot afford to subsidize a company indefinitely.
