How Come 6ABC Does Not Air "Eagles Fan-demonium"?

During football season, 6ABC airs four weekly series produced by ETN/Eagles Television Network, including "25/8" and "Tony Luke's Eaglemania." Not to mention a few preseason games produced by ETN. In fact, as a result, 6ABC dubs themselves "the official Eagles station" likely due to their relationship with the Eagles and ETN.

So why doesn't 6ABC air the animated ETN-produced show "Fan-demonium with Ray The Rant"? I would have to think it was offered to 6ABC, but they refused for whatever reason. PHL 17 ended up airing it:
