How could the QC have survived without a hot AC?

I just want to comment that I can't believe the Quad Cities before Star 93.5 had been without a hot AC - that would have driven me crazy! That's my favorite radio format. All that time I had thought KMXG Mix 96 was a hot AC but that I know now as a bright AC. I should go to to the Quad Cities really to visit but traveling is very hard for me what without a driver's license. I have been wanting to hear B-100 on the web for over a decade now.
