How did Beaumont affiliation flip go?

Just curious how things look a few days in. What is the new ABC/NBC affiliate doing with the news? Is it a simulcast on the NBC subchannel?
 
The on-line TV listings show the NBC sub-channel has no afternoon or evening news except for a 5 minute 10:30PM update. Otherwise, there are syndicated shows ("Seinfeld" at 10PM, for example) middays, 5PM, 6PM, and 10PM. It looks like only the 5:30-7AM morning news is simulcast.
 
DishNetwork just dropped KUIL/64 from the satellite today (not that I found anything on there to watch...)

NBC-HD has been added also - now to get 4 & 6's HD signals on the bird...

4 Should be there with the Dish/Nexstar agreement

6 is Freedom - which seems to be having issues nationwide with HD carriage on Dish...
