How do I report a problem ad?

Clicking on this ad gives me a message saying my computer has been locked up and I must call a certain number to get it unlocked. Not true, but it took clicking the x in the upper right corner at the bottom of the screen not the top, and turning the computer off a couple of times to get things back to normal
 
We need the URL of the ad to look up whether it is coming from Google's ad manager software or it is a pop-up created by malware already on your device.
 
It should be blocked now. We're at Google's mercy for these ads and their review has gotten so much worse over the past few years letting so many bad actors in.
 
I just remembered. I didn't look at the detailed information it gave me.
