How do the Club Jam stations on iHeart run?

There are like 6 or 7 Club Jam channels on iHeartRadio but how do they run? I've never heard any DJ names on these channels and sometimes the mixes are just played over and over again. How do these channels work if no one has a DJ name?

Step 1: Pay someone to mix for you.
Step 2: Load it into NexGen
Step 3: Repeat Step 1.
