How does Catfish keep getting away with it?

Larry Johnson has a cartoon on WEEI's web site this AM, which is clearly a copy/trace job of Sean Taylor. Check page 4 of Boston Sports Media Watch, they show his "drawing" along with the picture he traced. He was let go by ESPN shortly after Bruce Allen exposed a couple dozen obvious copy jobs. He is quite possibly the worst of the on-air "talent" at WEEI; terrible voice, bad accent, no sports knowledge, childish attempts at humor and he's been proven a fraud as a cartoonist. Why does he still have a job on WEEI? I thought Kahn and Wolfe were ruthless cutthroats.

There are a couple of people on BSMW who nail him almost every time. The only original work are the ones that look like they were drawn by a 6 year old. Also, Sean Taylor's uniform number was 21 this year. He didn't even Google a current picture of him. Actually, I couldn't care less about his drawing. I just object to his presence on the radio.

totally busted... actually, compared to the kindergarten level of most of his drawings, that looks pretty nice. Too bad it's a trace. I'm surprised he still pretty much colored in the lines

His current cartoon of Pete Sheppard in the nude is disturbingly gross. I'm surprised that WEEI allows this garbage on their web site. This can't be making any money for them.

that must be in reference to the guy who did nude portraits of Bobby Orr and Derek Sanderson. They were talking about it on the Big Show but once I heard Smerlas start to turn the discussion to politics, I switched over to Felgy where I could once again hear sports talk.

Is Johnson 'protected' within the industry such that removing him would launch a lawsuit? I can find no reason why he has risen to--and stayed at--his clear level of incompetence.
