How far have you received KXEN 1010?

KXEN 1010 is a St. Louis station that has always baffled the hell out of me. 50KW daytime, yet 500 @ night? When I lived in St. Louis I found it to be pretty spotty (ground conductivity in parts of the metro really, really sucks.) I had mentioned it in a post a few years ago (a LOT of stuff has gone on since then.) Looking at a R-L map, it would seem like it shoots RIGHT down I-44. I would think that the ground conductivity down that way would absolutely kill it. Just like driving west from STL to Columbia listening to KMOX, you lose it before Columbia (the engine noise and blinkers were just killing it.)

@ Night, KXEN is a mess and you have to be in St. Louis County/City to receive it. As soon as you cross the Missouri River into St. Charles it just turns to slop.

I heard KXEN exactly once here in the Chicago area. Maybe about five years ago around sunset. I was pretty surprised because their day pattern does not favor my location (I'm guessing its designed to protect WMVP). But there it was....while "usual suspects" CFRB and WINS were missing.
