How good is Charter and Cox cable?

I was just looking at the Charter lineup for the Worcester area, and it looks like there's a lot of local content that it lacks. No digital subchannels except for the ones of WGBX. I thought anyone who carried WHDH 7.1 was required to carry This TV 7.2, as I think everyone else does. I also noticed that I don't even think they carry WZMY-HD, but maybe I'm wrong. I noticed a similar thing with the RI Cox lineup. I don't think they carry WPRI 12.3 Cool TV, while I think every other provider in the area does, even dinky little Full Channel in Bristol County, RI. Do they usually get good ratings from customers?

Cox and Charter should be avoided....Cox is really bottom of the barrel.

I think there is some kind of dispute between COX and LIN-TV because COX Connecticut doesn't carry WCTX 59.2 which is Cool TV.

COX is great. You can still subscribe to cable without the need for a digital box, unlike COMCAST (unless you have the outdated system they have in Waterbury).

What Cox is great for is taking channels off regular cable and moving them to digital cable and the bill still goes up. And for taking forever to add a regional sports network (NESN).

I'd still take Cox over Comcast. Taken a look at how much their monthly service costs lately?
