How Horrific Is The Radio.com App?

As of today, a large number of the reviews for the iPhone app are one-star, unfavorable. And it's sad because it's as if CBS doesn't care. In my view, they already raised the white flag as soon as they made their stations available on the Tunein app.

Below are a couple of recent screenshots from the App Store. Seriously... shut it down, CBS!

iHeart has clearly moved ahead of them. It's a shame because I really think they could have made something out of that app. It goes to show you can't just build and app and be done with it. It's a moving target.

One of the problems is that these things are primarily expenses, not revenue creators. So they're not priority items in the arsenal. The potential could be greater, but for whose benefit? That's why they're fine with Tunein.
