I don't think anybody's "lifetime subscribtion" cost was being increased, the real point is that we are being asked to pay for services that we (and the government) were led to believe would just become part of the combined service. Keeping the "seperate" services becomes a nice excuse to increase revenue, when logically a "merger" should have just been a combined service with different delivery methods (satellites). I reluctantly adjusted my subscription for the nice laguage "Best Of Sirius" (wanted to make the point that I don't want to pay for high priced scum Howard) and so my boy and I could listen to the NASCAR races, and maybe some football We found the race coverage kind of annoying (compared to XM's or the old MRN that I remember) and the NASCAR channel just outright sucks. We've only listened to a couple of footbal games, so there is probably another subscription adjustment in our near future.
