How is this Rhythmic?

I'm listening to Philly's 106.1 over the internet. In what unicerse is "I Love Rock & Roll" considered to be a Rythmic song?

Just because a song is about rock & roll and/or uses guitars doesn't mean that it should be left off the playlist. "I Love Rock & Roll" is a fun, upbeat song. It's played in nightclubs, and people dance to it. I think it sounds fine on Philly's 106.1 (although I cannot say that for some of the other songs in rotation).

Remember, the average listener -- the target of commercial radio stations -- doesn't know (or care) about how songs are classified. The word "Rhythmic" is not exactly in their everyday vocabulary.
