How long has Puro Tejano 980 been playing oldies?

...and TRUE oldies at that! I heard songs this morning that I haven't heard in Houston since KLDE was still at 94.5 and unafraid of associating their listeners as "old". Kudos to Univision for the "Class Reunion" show. I enjoyed that very much, and wish that it was a daily thing, like Swing/Standards on KIKK. How long has this been occurring?

Tejano is a lifestyle as much as a kind of music. The non-core songs have been on for about 6 months, both on KRTX and KXTN. Glad you enjoy it. KRTX is also on the HD2 channel of Party!
