How Long Must We Endure Graham Crackers in The Morning?

Keep hearing Graham Cracker ads on other day-parts that say Cracker will be on again at 6 or 6:30 in the morning until 10.

Is this Cracker's mourning drive slot for real? He must be driving listeners away in droves to other radio stations including WRKO.

Find myself tuning in Joe in the Morning on MSNBC [ the Imus fill-in] Don't think Scarborough can cut it long term in that slot but he is certainly better than Graham Cracker and Tom Finneran.

The state of Boston radio is the worst I have ever heard, and WRKO can't even deliver fresh or correct news. Well, if you want OLD news RKO is the place to come.

As to Graham Cracker ... he is long past his ' sell by date '.

This is the chance for Greater Media to contact Bill Maher or Michael Moore or Cindy Sheehan or Anita Hill and develop a new morning show. Don't hold your breath.

It is all about delivering bad product - just forcing it onto the airwaves and the advertisers with no thought about competing.

Of course when Finneran is your competition 96.9 has absolutely no incentive to hire quality talent.

Finneran vs. Graham, the worst vs. the worst. I'm surprised they haven't called Jeff Katz to referee.

How long will this abomination continue. Am I the only one allergic to Graham Crackers.

Bring on Joe Scarborough !

Most likely not, but GM probably isn't going to let you personally make talent decisions for them.

Bring on Joe Scarborough !

It appears that 50% of Imus' old television audience was allergic to Scarborough, and the radio numbers probably reflect this. They'd be better off running the audio for Fox and Friends.

Cindy's running for Congress against Pelosi... or is talking about it... and she doesn't exactly have a radio voice. And, you're right, I'm not holding my breath for any of the others. Outside of Anita Hill (not sure what she does these days), Maher and Moore already have successful careers.

but there's definitely a need to develop new talent. I don't have the answer to that...

No one has to endure Michael Graham, I want to tell you about a marvelous new thing called a tuning
knob, it works really well you can find NPR or Matty in the Morning or WBZ it amazing!!!

And if the story in the Herald is true, they'd definitely be better off running Howie Carr.

He talks too fast and his voice is annoying.

I find, for lack of anything better, I'm tuning in to him more and more in the morning. Still hate the voice but the Harry Potter stuff was pretty funny thing morning.
