How Long Will AAR Last on WLIB?

I've seen that Major's post on the Cincinnati board that AAR cannot attract an audience on WCKY, but on WLIB, AAR cannot attract an audience. Is there any predictions on how long Inner City will stick with its failed format? Is there another oldies station coming? Will see! :

As long as they keep getting paid for the airtime, Inner City will gladly stay with the failed format.

I think that WLIB will go back to its grass roots Caribbean Music format... But this time, they might add mixshows on it as well.
