How Many Broadcast Stations Were Blacked Out Of Local NFL Coverage?

Maybe I should ask this question every week: how many stations around the country were blacked out of local NFL coverage because the home team didn't sell out? I've read a few stories in newspapers (remember newspapers?) and Businessinsider.com to the effect that all the hassles associated with going to an NFL game aren't worth it, even for winning teams.

No blackouts through week two.

No need to poll the masses. A very good national map exists every week @ the506.com. It's usually updated all week long.

I haven't seen a spate of articles regarding non-sell-out blackouts. Most of the recent bad publicity has come from the NFL's antiquated broadcast scheduling (ie secondary markets, non-competing games). It all made sense a decade ago, but these days only seems to anger folks missing The Manning Bowl.

The 506.com has weekly maps showing which NFL games are seen in which areas, and there are no blackouts for Sunday-afternoon games this week (September 22nd).

The506.com also has a message board. But you have to register in order to see it. I post there using my R-I/RD handle.
