How many formats have there been at 780AM in Madison County.
When I first heard the station, it was easy listening in the daytime and classical music at night - exept it was all easy listening on Saturday and all classical music on Sunday.
Then, it switched to hard rock.
Then it was a black-themed talk radio station. (Rick Whitow was a local host. It also carried "The Black Avenger." There was a local woman who also hosted a show.)
Then it went to inspirational talk - a lot of exerts of Zig Zigler speeches were carried.
Then, it was an oldies rock-and-roll station.
Then, Southern Gospel.
Then, a big-band-type memories station.
Then, a Spanish/Latino station. (The dancers at the IBC loved this.)
Then, a talk station for women.
Then, it became God's Country - playing Christian music by County and western stars.
How many have I left out?
