How many stations can one company own?

In Portland Maine, how many stations can one company own?

SAGA has on FM 93.1
100.9
101.9
on AM 560
970
1490
I assume 1400 in Biddeford isn't counted as part of the Portland market

CITADEL has on FM 94.3
94.9 transmitter 75 miles away
97.9
98.9
102.9
93.9 not in Portland market?
Look at the signal 103.7 puts into Portland

NASSAU has on FM 99.9
106.3
106.7 ?
107.5
on AM 870
99.3 & 104.7 not part of Portland?

ATLANTIC COAST has on FM 95.9
on AM 1310
1440
AM 900,FM 95.5 & 96.3 not part of Portland?

Is the above info accurate?

Maximum is 6 stations in markets like Portland, Bangor, Manchester, Lewiston. The "7th station" of Saga's (1400, Biddeford), is not counted since 1400 does not put a decent singal into any part of Portland. - And in the case of Bangor, it appeatrs that Clear Channel owns way more than 6 stations there... but several of them are rim-shotters with non-solid signals in downtown Bangor.

Clear Channel in Bangor has
WKSQ 94.5
WBFB 104.7
WVOM 103.9
WFZX 101.7
WWBX 97.1
WGUY 102.1
WLKE 99.1
WABI AM 910

I believe that TOS is considered in the Augusta Waterville Market, as per ownership, even though it's signal is strong in the Bangor market

If they could find an open frequency could they be relayed here up in the NEK VT.
I notice Tos has a few advertisers for VT as well as NH tward this area. I guess since they no longer can support portland are they doing what AAF should have done? go for towns outside of their area who can get the station even tho their considered skowhegan Augusta Waterville?

I get tos loud and clear in VT with my set-up this year. I made sure I had a room facing east. My set-up,
a carver tx -11 tuner and a 12 channel antenna with an amp. I can't get the buzz wbtz 99.9 clearly anymore tho...

they have advertisers in western maine/northern NH, etc because they have signal there and.they're TOS so they can because they're signal is huge, they've always had the northern NH advertisers, they've never tried targeting Portland because they don't need to (that's why they let the LPFM on there)
