How much longer is this gonna last?

How much longer is the poor audio on the "i" network gonna last? For more than a month now their audio has sounded like music on an AM radio station with no compression. It's during all their regular network programming and infomercials including the infomercials by Gathier Gospel and that Rory & Wendy Infomercial. The only times in the past month I have noticed what I would consider to be normal audio is during the local church programs aired by my local "i" station WHPX/26.

You're right, their audio is atrocious. Seeing as how little cash they have
to spare, I'm guessing the problem will last just as long as the network does.

Have you noticed the video looks like crap too? It's just as bad via cable and on HD, which is weird because the sub channels on HD at least have better video quality. It's almost like it's being set up for a fall.

Complain to them.

Maybe once they know what's wrong, they could do something to fix it.

It's absolutely horrible. The audio is even bad down here on local broadcasts for the Hawks and Thrashers. I can't bear to watch something that sounds that terrible.

Does anyone watch "i"?
Even if there was something worth watching, the poor audio and video quality is enough to surf on by.

I don't watch "i" that often, so I haven't seen any problems with their video. Once in a while I'll watch a rerun of Family Feud despite the audio problems. And a couple weeks ago my Mom and I watched the movie "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" on "i". Since my mom isn't a radio/tv geek like me she doesn't even think there's a problem with their audio. My Dad stopped by while the movie was on too. He didn't notice their audio problem either. Then again my Dad is so dense, he won't admit WDRC-FM has flipped formats, but that is a discussion for another time and another board.

Hi everyone:

A *BETTER* question would be how long is the "I" network ITSELF gonna last.... ??

I'll be SO GLAD when NBC Universal can finally put the "I" network OUT OF ITS MISERY... (I say NBC Universal because, last time I checked, they still have an outstanding lawsuit pending against them).

Cheers for now & Happy Holidays :)<P ID="signature">______________

Joe...You MUST be CLUELESS!

If *I* were you (which thankfully I'm NOT!), I'd fully expect to be STRUCK BY LIGHTNING before "I" responds to any complaints made against them by viewers.

Seriously though, the only REAL recourse that viewers still have is the ability to NOT WATCH THEM. Thankfully this world of Corporate TV hasn't taken THAT away from us. :)

Cheers for now & Happy Holidays everyone :)
