1) How to overreact.
2) How to fan the flames and make the matter worse
3) How to make it clear that under no circumstance will you tolerate any mistakes, unless it's only to do with the proper management of the radio station---then mistakes are only rewarded.

How does this station get new employees? I don't know ANYONE in the talk format who isn't aware of what a dysfunctional mess that place is.
