Certainly some paralells here to the current radio industry.

Although I'm afraid it's too late-maybe we should forward it to Farid Suleman, John Hogan, Lew Dickey and the others.

Excellent article. Unfortunately, it sounds like the history of radio over the last 20 years. How many companies are in "Stage 5", with the principals engaged in self preservation, with little hope for preservation of the company itself?

This topic is bigger than Buffalo/Niagara Falls/Rochester. Perhaps it should be in "The Business of Radio".
