How to add stations to TuneIn - is it still possible?

From what I know TuneIn hasn't been adding new stations to their database as of a year ago. I believe they'll add stations if they are turrestrial, but is it still possible to add Internet stations to TuneIn?

I feel like TuneIn only works with big-time pro broadcasters now and ignores small Internet stations. I know of a station that has tried to get on TuneIn several times with no luck.

I don't know how anyone can cover the digital fees. The more popular you are, the more it costs, without any way of making up the difference!
 
They have not accepted new stations for 2 to 2 1/2 years now I think they were getting sued for allowing internet only stations on a listing site that is only meant for AM and FM stations.
