How to construct an FM station (book) ??

I am a grad student, researching How to Construct an FM Radio Station. Does anyone know if there is a publication, that deals with such? I've Googled and haven't had much luck. Can you help me?

Browse the NAB.org book store for the one reference you need: The NAB Engineering Handbook. It's huge, it's not inexpensive, but it is a great read. And if you absorb it front-to-back, you can teach us

Starting and Operating Your Own Fm Radio Station: From License Application to Program Management by Peter Hunn (Paperback - Feb 1988)

Maybe it's cheaper at EBay or some other book seller. This book is a bit dated but is an easy read and very informative.
