With all the hand wringing about the proposed rates to be charged to internet radio for streaming music, one terrestrial broadcaster is doing something about it.
I think this is a brilliant response. If it has any effect, or if the average radio listener will even know what it is about remains to be seen. But for us "in the know," this response is excellent.
