are you nikki gomaz from 96.1? if so what the hell are you defending the beat for?

actually now that i know who you are, i retract my statement of you being a moron. i really like you on the air. off the air may be different - i dont know u.

that doesn't change the show being a thug fest. but the beat is a thug station. u take out the thugs and the 9 share becomes a 4-5 share. there were 12000 people there and 12000 cops.
 
...and don't forget tied for #3 25-54...those don't sound like kids to me

Umm, The Beat has been #1 for the last 3+ years. So to think that the Beat will fall in coming months is almost a joke. Keep in mind, the Rhythmic format is usually the top format during the summer month.

FYI, The Beat is #1 in 12+ and 18-34 demos so to think kids are the only ones listening is not completely accurate.

No man, she's named Nikki_961 because she used to work for The Beat 96.1 @ The Valley. She is now working for The Beat 98.5 in San Antonio. Now having said that, Nikki, why did Univision flip the switch on The Beat 96.1. I thought the station was doing very well musically wise.

Damn, even the message boards about the beat have name calling and get violent. All we are missing is a phat sac o' green and a bootleg t-shirt that was bought at the flea market.

Okay in my opinion the bash had a good turnout however, the opening act sucked. Brown Boy sucked vato. Freakin Rician had no business *TRYING* to sing Tyrese's "Sweet lady". Baby Bash surprising the croud left a bad taste in my mouth cause he was doing a really gay looking dance. Chamillionaire was da bomb. Triple 6 Mafia was ghetto. AT LEAST THE TURNOUT WAS GOOD.

Oh and stop with the name calling people.
