How WCVE-FM and prison have to relate...maybe

From the department of insomnia and randomness,

I came across an old article in the R T-D that was mentioning something about Frank Copolla, the first person to be executed post Furman. A name in the article caught my eye! The VA Dept. of Corrections spokesman who was talking in the article was named Wayne Farrar. If I'm not mistaken, the morning guy at WCVE-FM is Wayne Farrar...

Does anybody know anything more about this?

If a DJ talks into a microphone, and no one's there to listen to him, does he make a noise?</P>
