KCOR-FM signed on as "Recuerdo" when it upgraded and moved into the market in September 2000. It didn't do much in the ratings and lasted a year -- it became Spanish AC "Amor" the following September. Though, I may be remembering wrong, the previous "Recuerdo"'s oldies were older (more Spanish standards I suppose) than the what the current "Recuerdo/La Preciosa" clones are playing. I also wonder what they will do with KXTN 107.5. Since Tejano has died out, there's little new music to play.

I think it is carrying Univision's Spanish news/talk programming.
