98.3's signal will be best in the west Valley, where Power 92.3 already has heavy listenership. Club 95.1 hovers around a 2 share (12+, if that counts), and Power's established format should be able to do better with an identical signal that eminates from the same mountain.
103.9's signal is best in the east Valley (including Scottsdale), and is strong around the ASU Main Campus, where there is a large potential group of alt-rock listeners (if they haven't stopped listening to the radio altogether and just have an iPod).
Who Know's! I wish him the best... I just know that ever since the new ownership and management has taken over the station just blows! I just hope they don't mess up Power now. I don't think it matters who the PD is. I can't get The Edge at all in some parts of the valley.
