How will 92.3 NOW bash Z-100

NOW can go the "18 jamz in a row" or "92 minutes commercial-free" route in order to continue bashing Z100 for playing commercials.

I don't know if they would call it 18 jamz in a row as thats what some hip hop stations use. Like Hot 93.7 in Connecticut. Maybe 18 songs in a row. I was thinking how about 23 songs songs in a row. Using the last two numbers of 92.3. They wouldn't go 92 songs in a row would they?

This is NYC... they have to pay bills, I can't even begin to imagine 92 minutes of commcerical free music as a regular clock, that's an hour and thirty two minutes of music on a real station, with a signal, and BIG bills to pay.

Not to mention, they are already beating music to death during this gimmick launch, I can't imagine doing it regularly too. Yesterday I read as someone said Love Lockdown was being hammered, so I listened and BANG four times in 3 hours and 45 minutes. They do realize he has newer music out right? Anyway, with 92 minutes of music, that'd be their top songs twice or more within one music sweep, depending on when on a clock the sweep started.

This is NYC, most stations have an abundance of clients and commercials, even the ones with mediocre ratings, so I doubt they'd change the format and then want to make less money, because they aren't allowing for commercials.

They could have less commercials and charge a premium because listeners are unlikely to tune out for only 30 seconds.
20 minutes of music, 1 30 second spot, 20 minutes of music, 1 30 second spot, 20 minutes of music, 1 30 second spot, 20 minutes of music, 2 minute stopset, etc.
