How will TNT promote Law & Order Season 15

By know it won't be long until last season makes it's debut on TNT

How do yo sell the season when so many people left the show?

OUT:

Jerry Orbach

Elizabeth Rohm

Jesse L.Martin (Briefly)

IN:

Dennis Farina

Michael Imperloni (BRIEFLY)

Annie Parisse

Theyll slowly mix in Farina, maybe Thompson...and if they give Chris Noth enough "beer money*", maybe he shows up in the promos as well (Middays, TNT airs the older L and O's)

*Noths own reference from a New York news paper interview while on "Sex In The City" regarding the residuals he was recieving from the TNT airings.

I don't think it will be much of a problem. L&O has been a strong show since it's beginning. The writing has been just as important as the characters. I prefer watching L&O over the clones that followed it.
With the "revolving door " cast associated with the show, I think it says something positive that it's going on 15 years now.
Also, there's the trend that modern audiences are liking this format - L&O, CSI, crime shows.
