How would Dance work on HD-2-3?

Any thoughts if dance might work on HD-2-3? It would be nice to have a dance station, wonder how it would work in Austin or San antonio? or both?
 
perhaps they could tie in dance with a "pride" HD-2, 3 on a gay friendly station. Could probably work on 94.1, but someone said BMP does not broadcast in HD. Perhpas a smart move on that company to not waste their money yet looking like any other cheap channel company.
