Honestly, it's only the FM transmitter provided in my sirius radio, I can't help it if everyone on the block can hear it, I haven't opened it or modifyed it in any way (though I do hang my headphones around the unit now and then, and I notice when I do that I can extend the headphone cord out and get better reception on my stereo)
