HOWARD STERN TO CLEAR CHANNEL?

I'd listen.

But this all falls on Howard and his willingness to play nice. I for one don't see it happening.

How many people will have to lose their jobs, how many more budget cuts will it take to pay for this?
Which local morning show will be cut to make room on an Austin station?

Stern is posturing for contract negotiations. Smart on his part. And, I think he would be smart to kick the tires on a return to terrestrial radio.

Probably none, since when Stern was tried here before he couldn't compete w/the locals.

That's why Howard wants to replace Robin Quivers with Sammy Allred. And reunite the Geezinslaws. At his age, Howard now qualifies.

I'm sure Cox's new FM talker can use a decent morning show.

Stern on 106.7? **Scratches head**

No way would that work.

That is like having a group of nuns who rob homes on the weekend. The two just don't go together.
