Howie Carr Admitted To Mass General Hospital

Herald says he "got an attack of the vapors"--a dizzy spell--Sat night when eating at Papa Razzi in Wellesley. He was supp. released last night, not sure if he's back tomorrow. I missed his call in to the Colonel

see Inside Track in the Herald but that's just about it

(fair use claimed)
"Herald columnist and WRKO yakker Howie Carr will be off the air for a couple of days after suffering a dizzy spell in a Wellesley restaurant. Carr checked into Massachusetts General Hospital on Saturday night after he got an attack of the vapors at Papa Razzi while dining with his wife. Dehydrated? Exhausted? . . . Howie was expected to be released from the hospital last night."

My take on it: He found out he had to pick up the tab, and pulled the old "call me an ambulance" trick to keep from paying the check!
