Howie Carr back on in Keene (WKBK 1290)

As it should it, I'd love to see Howie back on in Burlington.. "How many more Mr. Speakah, How many more !!"

What an unfortunate programming choice. WKBK let go a talented local host, Eric Scott, to replace him with some Boston bigmouth.

This decision after WNTK removed Gardner Goldsmith and WKXL slashed and burned their staff.

It's tough to be a local host in NH talk radio right now.

Well preferably they could have kept both of them (I like Howie myself and run the Howie ping list on
Free Republic) but it was not to be...money...

I hate to say it, but it's not the first time Gardner's been removed from WNTK's airwaves... though the first time, I remember him being criticized for not being "local" enough! :D

Go ahead... ask him about "Bonds... Kearsarge Bonds!" :p
