Howie Carr's longtime Producer to host her own show

Apparently not subscribing to ratings and if it did it may well be doing as poorly as WKOX 1430 (at least iHeart is clearing the shows) is. It somehow stays afloat. She must be getting paid, maybe not much but she gets to do her own show and is an
alternative to Kuhner and el Rushbo.

Racoon subscription to the service does not impact your ratings. If you don't subscribe you do not see your data or any of the other staions data and can not use the information in any way. IF for example WMEX had a 1.0 rating 6+ It would be reported even though WMEX was not a subscriber.

That's no longer true. Nielsen changed their policy a few years ago. Reports only include measurements for subscribing stations. Stations that do not subscribe are not included regardless of their ratings.

Not so sure....

Is that true?

The last ratings I looked at for the Boston market (given to me from a friend still working at Boston stations), I saw a lot of stations that do not subscribe. They were included in the report I looked at...like WMEX.
