Howie's NNE affiliates

Does anyone have an idea what programming the soon-to-be-ex Carr affiliates will run?
WGAN,WKBK, WVMT(?) and others?

Seems that Howie still has his time on WRKO at least for a while. Plus it seems that Entercom is not going to give up Howie without a fight. Can see a huge legal battle there.

Check out the Boston board, or the bostonherald.com. The Herald is giving this a lot of press, rightfully so, since Howie Carr has written columns for the Herald for a long time. Doubt the Globe is doing anything with the story. The potential for a legal mess seems to be in place, wonder if Howie will even be back on the air, now that it appears that he has filed suit against WRKO.. "How many more mistah speakah, how many more ??"

Underminer...

Do you know something I don't? ???

If Howie does go to mornings on the FM Talker in Boston, perhaps he could wind up on WZAN. Havn't seen the website, quicker to ask, what is WZAN doing for mornings in the post-Imus world ? Didn;t they have the I-Dude in Pohtland several times through his run ?

'ZAN is running Bob and Tom in the mornings. And the G is live in the mornings--and I can't imagine that changing. Having a politco like Howie on in the mornings seems like a weird move for 'ZAN, but stranger things have happened.

Oh, oh! I know! It's a wonder I get any of my work done frequenting this board. Mr. Crocker is a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Conservation.
