Mike... (sigh) he's settling into his radio-wage affordable digs in Malden, a second-floor walk-up, i think.
heard he was delivering pizzas at night to help pay for utilities. (thank God for automation or else he'd be at work ALL day and ALL night!)
the radio thing is nice, but not what Mike was hoping for. Mike said that even if Entercom fires him, he's got a nice check coming from them every week for two years (plus) thanks to his nice agent, Jack. of course Jack is living large, last i heard he had a place in New York and Chicago (near the water!).
of course, the ratings thing won't be known for a bit. even if today's numbers tank, Mike will have a job through the winter. 2nd full book will be the better test.

How's Mike
Mike is only a couple of months old- it's too early to tell.
You can bag the "will the bring Star back" fantasy- never happen. If it was that great they'd have never changed it in the first place (and they weren't).

Not to be redundant, but if Mike keeps it up with all of the rhythmic tracks that he got at Star's estate sale, perhaps Jack will come to Boston anyway?
