HOW'S "THE DUNES" (102.3) DOIN'?

I haven't heard much about WGTX (102.3), Truro, lately. Same format? Got sponsors in the dead of winter on that narrow end of the Cape? Their website doesn't tell you much.

CANNED OLDIES
LAST IN RATINGS OF ALL CAPE STATIONS
$1.00 SPOTS
TERRIBLE SIGNAL

Still satellite classic hits (60's to 80's pop) but it needs to either upgrade the signal or move it closer to the mid Cape area. In that area south of Route 6 from Barnstable to Dennis, 103.3 WODS reception is poor, and Dunes 102.3 WGTX is ok at best with some fading near towers of local stations. In Truro and the outer Cape, 103.3 WODS can be heard well, so it makes more sense to have WGTX reach the mid Cape area clearly where reception is poorest on WODS.

Highly unlikely they will be able to do so. Even from the site 93.5 is located at , they wouldn't be able to cover the city of license of Truro.
And going to a B1 would probably be too short spaced to 102.5B Waltham and 102.3A in SE Connecticut.

Aren't the FM rules like the AM rules in that prohibited overlap that lies entirely over open water doesn't count? One would think that, if there were going to be a chance anywhere to find a station with prohibited overlap that occurred entirely over open water, the station would be on outer Cape Cod.
