HSN on Ch 25

What city is this channel located? Anyone have a link?

Thanks.

Well the FCC lists WMKB as being on Channel 25 from Rochelle

Channel 46 is owned by the same company.

The company website says they are broadcasting America One but maybe that changed?

It's HSN on 25 alright and I can no longer receive it on 46! It was a ghosty signal in Downers Grove at best but now it gone.

There WAS a LPtv station that played EWTN, owned by Jesuit priest, Fr. Ken Baker. I programmed a tv station for him in Arnold MO, for 2 years w/old movies and sitcoms, and EWTN.

What channel was the Chicago area station on and what was the COL?

Prais, The station you are asking about was broadcast on channel 54. Their COL was Blue Island, Il. Their tower was
located in SW suburban Mokena(just south of I 80 just west of RT. 45- La Grange road). The station was bought out by Weigel
Broadcasting, The owner of WCIU, WWME, WMEU and WFBT. They have moved the station to channel 48. They are, or were
supposed to move the transmitter to the Sears tower, but, I don't know if that has happened yet.

Thanks so much. I appreciate the info. I'm tryin to contact the Jesuit priest who owned that place, Fr. Ken Baker.

Hi Prais, I did some research and found Fr. Baker's website, here is a link to it www.cvbi.net then go to
the menu to the right and click on "our founder". There are e-mail links as well as phone numbers, I hope you are
able to get in touch with him.

Have a great day TR
