Hubbard Broadcasting

I didn't know where else to put this on this forum. Admins - if this is the wrong place, just move it but lemme know where ya move it to.

I'm curious if anyone here works for Hubbard Broadcasting. What's it like? Do they allow people to be creative? How is their infrastructure?

Etc.

I don't work there, but I know people who have/do. As radio groups go, Hubbard does an excellent job of running their stations. They own the lions share of the top billing stations in the country, including number one. Unlike many broadcast companies, Hubbard's not very top heavy with corporate managers and sub-managers. They rely on their individual markets to be the experts, with the expectation those experts deliver consistently positive financial results.
That said; rightfully so, they don't tolerate mediocrity. The expectation is everyone does their job at their highest level all the time. Slackers, or non-creative thinking is not welcome.
