Huckabee To Host Daytime Talk Show On Fox Stations

Mike Huckabee, who currently hosts the weekend talk show "Huckabee" on Fox News Channel, is going to have a six-week trial run for a one-hour daytime talk show on seven Fox owned-and-operated stations, in markets including New York, as well as Atlanta, whose state (Georgia) Huckabee has served as Governor.

The former 2008 Republican Presidential candidate will continue hosting "Huckabee" on Fox News as he tapes his hourlong program for broadcast television, which will be titled, "The Huckabee Show."

Mike Huckabee has never served as governor of Georgia. He was chief executive of Arkansas.

His connection to Georgia was that his cousin Laura was a meteorologist on WGCL TV in Atlanta.

I think he has a much better future in television than in politics ;D

Especially after he granted early release to a guy who would go on to kill 4 cops and rape a 12 year old. Try getting through the primaries with that on your record.

And no, he never served as the governor of Georgia. I've lived here all my life and would've remembered him.

Speaking of Governor of Georgia, somewhere out there is a clip from the old Whats My Line show in the 70's where Jimmy Carter,
then Georgia Goveronor, was the guest. He was so obscure at the time (a couple of years before becoming President) he could be a contestant! Kitty Carlisle broke them all up when she asked "You have a very spiritual look about you, Mr. Carter. Do you recruit nuns?"
