Huge troopo in Cincinnati

This is all happening after midnight here in Cincinnati.

the track on 107.9 Indianapolis (I love when i get this commig in its one of my fav sations. I could listen to it all the time.)

Woke up this morning (30mi. NW of Nashville) to see Fox 45 (almost certainly Dayton) and a commercial station on channel 64, almost certainly Cincinnati. Had a PBS briefly on 52 (probably Owenton, Kentucky).

No Ohio here on FM, I had Roanoke, Virginia on my two best Ohio channels...

The title of this thread is Huge Troopo In Cincinnati...yet everything I see listed from Cincy is just extended ground wave. A huge "tropo" would have stuff from hundreds of miles away crushing semi-locals on a car radio....or have the standards of a "huge tropo" changed that much since I had time to DX on a regular basis? Or is there a new category called "Troopo" as the spelling suggests?
