Hurricane Ike, or at least the remains.

Power finally returned fifteen minutes ago. In this corner of the universe, here is what the dial looks like in Evansville/Owensboro:

TV
WEVV is off the air. Everybody else is at full power.

Radio
WNIN and WKPB were off the air most of the day, Both returned to the air this evening.
WBKR is on the back up transmitter
WKTG may be on the air, when WBKR is on the back up transmitter WKTG doesn't exist in Owensboro
WSTO is playing the hits.
WKDQ is at low power. In Owensboro, the signal is very weak.
WQXQ is still off the air.
WGBF-FM was on the air through the day and tonight.
WIKY had news coverage. Thank you.
WJLT and WDKS are off the air
Jack and WABX are still going.
WGBF-AM seems to be on the air and on auto pilot
WGAB was off the air after the storm.
WSON was off the air during the day and CBC French is heard tonight
WEOA was going strong in Owensboro with WVJS off the air most of the day.
I didn't get a chance to hear WSWI or WVHI.

Rob,

It appears that high winds and saturated soil (and probably some lightning) took it's toll on the sites.

Plus we in North Dakota sent you guys out 8+ inches of rain so we didn't get more than what we had in the last 2 weeks.

It will be a week or so befiore the Fall Harvest continues here.
